What is CrossFit?

CrossFit is a fitness program that was developed to offer a full body workout by combining strength and conditioning in a fun, friendly group class.  These one hour classes target the major components of physical fitness: cardiorespiratory conditioning, stamina, muscle strength and endurance, flexibility, power, speed, agility, balance, coordination and accuracy

How do I get started?

All of our new members start with our one-on-one Basics program.  This gives you the opportunity to learn the fundamentals of CrossFit and fitness from a personal trainer in three one-on-one sessions.  Once finished, you will be eligible to join any of our regular scheduled group classes and open gym. Do I need to be in shape to start CrossFit?

Definitely not!  Everything we do is scaleable and adaptable to meet your individual needs.  Our coaching staff has the knowledge and experience to assess your current fitness level and to progress you toward your goals at an appropriate pace.

How much do CrossFit Lander classes cost?

  • Unlimited Membership $120/per month
  • 10 Punch Passes $120
  • Drop ins $15 (must be a current member of another CrossFit gym)
  • Discounts -$20 family membership -$35 student rate
