Get started working out at CrossFit Lander with our One-on-One Basics Program. This is an opportunity for all of our new athletes to learn the fundamentals of CrossFit in a private setting. The goal is to get you ready to join our group classes. Athletes will graduate Basics with an understanding of the CrossFit methodology including proper warm-ups, cool-downs, mobility and fundamental movement patterns. Most will require three private sessions with a certified coach.
- Cost: $150 for three one-on-one sessions plus unlimited membership access for one full month.
- Athletes who are experienced in barbell movements such as the power clean, front squat and push press may be eligible to skip this program.
