One-on-One Basics 

Get started working out at CrossFit Lander with our One-on-One Basics Program. This is an opportunity for all of our new athletes to learn the fundamentals of CrossFit in a private setting. The goal is to get you ready to join our group classes. Athletes will graduate Basics with an understanding of the CrossFit methodology including the fundamental movement patterns, proper warm-ups, cool-downs, and mobility.  Most will require three private sessions with a certified coach.

  • Cost: $150 for three one-on-one sessions plus unlimited membership access for one full month.
  • Athletes who are experienced in barbell movements such as the power clean, front squat and push press may be eligible to skip this program.

CrossFit Spark – Classic CrossFit workouts performed in a condensed 40 min class.

Open Gym – 9:30-11:00am Saturday
